♥ results & random thoughts
chem mid sem: 85.3
human bio essay : 83.5
stats test 1: 85.7
psyc report: results out monday.
weeee, those results make me happy. but i know i've slacked off the past few weeks. NOT GOOD for my gpa, so will need to get back into it (very difficult while having a cold and feeling like all i want to do is sleep) anyways just some random thoughts.

- i don't understand how or why people get reallyyyyreallyyyyy drunk all the time. it's dangerous. and i dont' really see the fun in looking like a fool?
- chicken burgers at the tav aren't too bad.
- one day i shall have to go and try a lemon lime bitters from the tav, it's only 3 bucks.
- being cheated on a horrific thing. and i can't imagine what it would be like, dealing with that. and i hope i shall never have to.
- i bought my most expensive bottle of coke at the airport on the weekend. 600ml. $4.50
- sticking by someone when they've hurt you is really difficult. sometimes you feel like just letting go, but you know that you could never do so.
- sleep is awesome.
- codral is also awesome.
- no more chem labs for the rest of semester. YES!
- i've done my marks book for the semester, and i'm going to try to aim for 75+ for every subject in an attempt to up my gpa.
- doctors make mistakes. i hope someone doesn't die as a result of my mistakes. i could get sued.
- there was an uni email sent arnd abt some diabetic company looking for undergrad students to work in their labs at uni. 6 - 8 hrs a wk. nxt yr. i might apply. it sounds pretty cool.
- i lost my coin purse today. i walked back all the way to my psyc lab to look for it. found it with my soothers still inside. but no lipbalm. i thought someone stole it. but by the end of the day realized it was in my pencil case x)
- i hope i can pull off a hd for maths this sem
- i still haven't completely finished unpacking
- i want satin black heels =[
- i want a romantic candle light dinner =[ *COUGH*

♥ asia cocktail
this weekend is proving to be very busy =) but i shall present each event one by one.

my first time to metros, and i must say, i like it much better than the leedy. lol. it might be the fact that i was surrounded by asian people my age (some of which i knew, or at least knew of), rather than random 25yo + males trying to dance with you.
*shiver*
i think its hilarious how guys try to pick up at clubs. there was this one guy who just would bump into girls and introduce himself, shake their hand and then ask for their number. according to christine, she's seen him doing it the last time she came to metros.
and then there were the other guys who attempt to discreetly (sometimes not even discreetly) try to dance with you... it was quite entertaining being really cold to them and just staring at them with this look that screams ' get away from me you freak '
anyways, camera roll time.
my shoes which i bought fri morn x)
steph was right when she warned me not to wear white shoes, because they get trampled on!

gabriel and christine from uni, they're great fun :)
some of the "entertainment" of the night. at first it was pretty cool, when they were like hanging upside down on the hole without using their hands. then... it just sorta got boring....
linda, tanya, me, christine, gabriel i think this was on the dancefloor, before it got overcrowded.
this was around.... 11:20pm. it was SO MUCH WORSE at 12:15pm. i almost suffocated on that dancefloor.
anyways, i was a good girl, left the place at 12:30pm :)
and no i did not get drunk and no i am not a party animal, and i really doubt i will become one either...
dancing was fun! feet hurting like crap wasn't.
i kinda dont know what i would have done if christine and gab weren't there x) it might have been awkward cauz most of the girls had their bfs there... except me! *COUGH stares at my bf COUGH*
=) jokes. i had fun without him.
and my parents were pretty cool about it. they trust me i think. mum has said several times "its okay because i know you won't go pick up bad boys there because you have josh" ... ahaha x) and she was like warning me abt drugs and getting drunk and all these other things thats 'associated with clubbing', haha. it was kinda funny.
that is all. for now. toodles.

♥ first drink
today i went to the tav at uni
it was rather nice inside. better than i was expecting.
i had my first drink since i turned 18.
it had a bad aftertaste.
i dont think i could begin to like this 'beer' thing. its more of a man's drink i think =)
edit: dude. i swear like 4 people walked into the tav like WOAH UR DRINKING... =/ issit really that unbelievable. i am 18........
p.p.s. the reason why i blog so much now is because i have no fb to waste my time on =(
