four down, one to go...
well, chemistry was kinda painful.
i mean yes. i was on 6 hours sleep, half a sandwich, a can of V... but still, the actually paper got me stumped quite a few times =[
will need to see a doctor about this vomiting thing. today was actually quite bad. and before u all freak out and think i'm bohlemic, it's actually just stomach acid or something... so i'm thinking it's like... an acid reflux problem. but will find out after exams...
AND ZMGSH. my chemistry book (which i only used for one semester) and bought nice and new from the coop shop is RUINED. i dried my flower petals in it.... (using baking paper as a sheet) and that worked perfectly fine for my tulips.. but NOOO not for the orchips. it had to go all yuck and seep through the paper. GAHHHHHHHH *fustration*........... now the back pages are stained..... T__T...
oh another note. i donated money and got a poppy flower from this nice old man outside the bus station.
it reminded me very much of the poppies i took a photo of, while on YOTY tour... in canberra, at the memorial place...
i didn't know which name to look for. so i just looked for the ones closest to my last name.
pretty huh? the poppy i got today looks just like that one.
alternatively, if you don't end up passing by someone selling them... you can download one as paying your tribute. techy much?

♥ sleepless nights
second night in a row i haven't been able to sleep properly.
what is wrong with me!
sigh. wish i wasn't missing church right now...
yoty district finals this week, states next week... gotta go talk abt tour & the quest etc...

♥ time to breathe
ahh its been such a busy week
and on reflection, i haven't been taking very good care of myself.
i've overloaded myeslf. yes i admit i have. i know i have.
but i thought i could handle it - and i did.
just at the expense of my health.
the exhaustion from the contiously lack of rest and sleep
but i'll be honest. i can take it. i guess i've been there, done that... and i know how to handle it. i can take it.
my to do list has surely gotten shorter. but i guess there's still important things still to do.
stuff like clean my room. write my yoty report. do ace online.
i've still got to get in touch with all my yoty hosts... as well as burn the photos to disc to post out.
well i should head off... iron my dress for 2moros 18th. also somewhat attempt to clean my room. oh and i must not forget to collate those photos to print - wait. i have no money to print photos. that will have to wait.
oh did i mention? im broke =( sigh! its time to get really serious about saving. i'm going to start recording my spending. louis has this system thing set up on excel that he's going to send to me so i can use. it'll be good to keep track of where all my money is going - especially since i need to pay off that debt.
ugh.

♥ getting back to the usual...
ahh. work today.
it seems that tour is starting to be more in the "past"
and life is settling back to how it use to be..
except for all these daymn uni enrollment stuff i gotta do =.=" sigh
and once again its busybusybusy for me.
my to-do-list is long... currently only 6 things long (each taking somewhere between 10minutes to 4 hours to do)
but dont worry. that list will get longer.
everyones 18ths will pop up... not to mention everyones farewells.
uni will start... and i will be out of the house more...
i will need to work... to pay off debts...
so today was my first day back at work after tour... it was stocktake - my first time doing it really. haha. it meant counting up the number of items we had... so i had the job of doing all the cards and wraps (yay)... there ended up being a total of 5000+ cards? and another... 2000 wraps? ohhh.. i took me maybe 4-5 hours to count all those... then i moved onto the dvds which were all over the place... (yay...........). i also did the mats.. mmm i was meant to do the cds - but ran outta time? maybe i was too slow.. but i thought i was doing it at a good pace. the dvds screwed me over though. i didnt realize they were all over the place at first. sigh~
its alright. we have new managers.. i think they're just temporary. but quite strict... o_O bag checks n stuff at the end of work - before i go home... but they're good at their job. the store looks much cleaner than it use to. so yeah, its cool. i kinda liked doing stocktake today - it was much better than cleaning stuff.. it actually required u to think. hehe.
ahh. back to busyness.
its okay. i plan on being organised this year. i will make time for important things. for important people.
but i will need their understanding... that i will not always have the time. but i will always need their support.

♥ wow.. flying off 2moro.
time sure flies.
and i'll be flying off 2moro!
its so soon. it feels like only yesterday when i was in darwin - excited about national tour which was so many months away.
and now it just starts 2moro....
TOMORROW.
dude i havent finished packing! HAHA. i havent done any of my casual clothes n toiletries n stuff.
i know its going to be heaps of fun (i've heard stories from the past YOTY'ers)... and its' going to be a jam packed schedule... so it'll be very very busy.
but i'm use to being busy. by keeping myself busy, i avoid being homesick. thats why im very rarely homesick when i'm on holidays n stuff. haha. pretty independant huh?
oh but we'll see how i go... when im not talkin to the other state winners, i have a 600 page book to read.. and lots of letters and postcards to write. so im sure i'll never be bored - in fact, i'm more likely to run out of time, instead of having too much.
ahh.. sydney first up. new yrs in sydney. it's going to be awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. woot =)

♥ boxing day sales
so i rocked up at the city at 11... just in time to see myer open their doors, and a massive crowd of people attemp to fit through the doors all at once.
i slipped in between some people, and managed to get through, only to be stopped by a bunch of women looking at dresses...
after moving past them... i went down stairs - only just to see MORE people... and such bad human traffic.
i made my way to the sunnies section. i knew what i wanted (phew). there was so many people moving around trying sunnies on here and there (oh the poor staff)...
i grabbed what i wanted.. and walked around (moving through crowded people) looking at what else there was. after deciding i didnt want anything else (or i couldnt be bothered trying it on because it would take too long) i headed to the counter (which wasn't too busy considering it was still early - and everyone was still looking at stuff) and purchased my sunnies.
first buy for the day! my fiorelli sunnies. the same style i use to have (and lost in darwin)
got it for just under $35... from $70 (woOt 50% off)
anyways. by the end of the day i picked up my sunnies.. a massively fat book (and by fat i mean 600 pages) and also a gift for someone.
all up, i prob saved around $50 from my buyss... haha.
considering i only spent about 100 bucks (incl lunch).. and i was planning on spending 150, means im underbudget.. and i have more money to spend 2moro in my lunch break at work =D.
yes so i leave for tour soon. 2 more days. ive kinda started packing.
its going to be crazy - i know it... haha. but im sure full of fun.
it'll be good to have a break. without working. or stressing over anything. without having to clean my room. HAHA.
